The differences

Where Speedy Text is different

The AI can't make up a price

The AI answers only from the notes you keep: prices, delivery areas, hours, what you don't sell. If a question isn't covered, it tells the customer a person is coming and tells you which question your notes are missing. If a reply would contain a figure that isn't in your notes, the reply is thrown away instead of sent.

Every customer gets your words in their language

Each message has a second box for your other language. A customer who writes in Arabic gets your Arabic sentence, and one who writes in English gets your English one. Leave the box empty and Speedy Text translates it once and keeps that version. A translation that changes a price, a number or a link is discarded and your original goes out.

It sells, not only answers

Connect your store and it answers with what you actually stock, at your store's own prices. With Shopify it builds the cart in the chat and sends the person to your checkout; with EasyOrders or Vondera it takes the order in the chat, cash on delivery. Book the shipment on your own courier account — Shippo, FedEx, DHL Express, Aramex, Bosta, Mylerz or ShipBlu — and, with WhatsApp order updates on, the customer gets the tracking number on WhatsApp from your own number.

You pay for the people it answered

Both tools bill by contact. The difference is who counts. ManyChat counts a person whether you wrote to them or they wrote to you, so someone who messages you and never gets an answer still comes out of your month. Here a person counts only once the app has actually sent them something — and after that, everything with them that month is included.

When it misses comments, you can go back

If something was down, pick the post and the comments are read again and answered, skipping anyone already replied to — as far back as Meta allows a private reply, seven days.

Is Speedy Text a ManyChat clone?
No. The comment-to-DM part works the same way because Meta's API allows the same thing for everyone. The differences are what happens around it: the AI, two languages, the store and the courier.
Can I use both at once?
Yes, but not on the same post. Two tools answering one comment send two replies.
Does it use the official Meta API?
Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp connect through Meta's official API, so you never hand over a password.
Do I lose my ManyChat contacts if I move?
No. Your ManyChat account isn't touched. Imported contacts are ready for when they next write to you, because Instagram and Messenger only allow a business to reply within 24 hours of the person's last message.
