Every comment on your TikTok, answered under the video
Someone writes “price” under your video. Minutes later your reply is under their comment — in your words, a different line each time, pointing to the link in your bio. Turn the AI on and the comments no rule covers are answered from your own notes.
What it does on TikTok
Three jobs, all in the comments — the place TikTok lets an app speak.
Answers your keyword
Pick the word, pick one video or all of them, write a few ways to say the answer. Every comment with that word gets one of them, right under it.
Answers the rest from your notes
With the AI on, a question no rule covers — sizes, delivery, opening hours — is answered from the notes you wrote. It reads the video's caption first, so it knows what “how much?” is about, and it never invents a price.
Catches up on what it missed
If a comment slipped through, pick the video under Catch up on missed comments in the app: everything unanswered from the last seven days goes through your rules — including a rule you wrote after the comments came in.
From a comment to the answer
What happens, start to finish.
- 1You connect your TikTok account on TikTok's own screen. We never see your password.
- 2You write a rule: the keyword, the video (or all of them), and a few ways to say the answer. Or build it as a flow, and after the reply it can tag the person, add a row to your sheet or tell you.
- 3Someone comments. TikTok tells us within a few minutes.
- 4The reply goes under their comment, from your account — one of your lines, picked at random so it never reads like a copy.
- 5Every comment and every reply is in your Activity, with who wrote it.
How TikTok works — the parts worth knowing
TikTok draws a few lines for apps. These are them.
- Comments, not messages
- TikTok doesn't let apps send direct messages yet, so every answer is a public reply under the comment. Write it as something everyone may read.
- Links aren't clickable
- A link in a TikTok comment is plain text. Point people to the link in your bio instead.
- Minutes, not instantly
- TikTok passes comments on within about five minutes, so the reply lands minutes after the comment.
- The same words look like spam
- TikTok hides replies that repeat word for word. That's why a rule takes several lines and picks a different one each time.
Your account, your say
TikTok's official Accounts API
The route TikTok built for business tools. Nothing logs in as you or scrapes your profile.
Approved on TikTok's screen
You sign in on TikTok, not here. We never see your password, and you see exactly what you're allowing.
Disconnect any time
One button in Accounts removes the connection and its keys. You can also remove the app from TikTok's own settings.
No messages, no inbox
We can't read your TikTok direct messages, and we don't ask to. Only comments under your public videos.
What you need to start
- The TikTok account you post from. You connect it on TikTok's screen and approve what it may do.
- Public videos. TikTok reports comments on public posts only.
- It works on every plan, and counts as one of your connected accounts.
What people ask before connecting
Do I need a Business account?
No. Connect the account you post from, personal or business. What counts is that the videos are public.
Can my team see the comments?
Yes. Every comment and every reply is in Activity, for everyone in your workspace with access to it.
Does it work on my older videos?
Yes. A rule on all posts answers new comments under any public video on the account, old or new.
Can I connect more than one TikTok account?
Yes, each one as its own connection, within your plan's number of connections.
What happens if I disconnect?
The replies stop, and the keys TikTok gave us are deleted. Your rules stay, so connecting again picks up where you left off.
Does it cost extra?
No. TikTok works on every plan; each person who gets a reply counts like anyone else you answer.
Where else it answers
The same rules and notes, on the apps your customers already use.
