Getting started
Do I need any coding or technical skills?+
None at all. You connect your account, type a keyword and your reply, and you're live. If you can send a DM, you can use Speedy Text.
How fast can I get set up?+
Most people are live in under two minutes: connect the account, create one rule, done. The longest part is deciding which keyword to use.
Which platforms does it work with?+
Instagram business and creator accounts, and Facebook Pages — connected through Meta's official API. A personal Instagram account needs to be switched to a business or creator account first, which is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.
Can I connect more than one account?+
Yes. Connect several Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages and manage all of them from one dashboard. How many depends on your plan.
How it works
How quickly does it reply?+
Within a few seconds of the comment appearing. Meta notifies us the moment it is posted, and the reply and DM go out immediately.
Can it reply to any emoji instead of a word?+
Yes. Set the rule to fire on any emoji and it will answer 🔥, ❤️, 1️⃣, a flag — anything with an emoji in it. That is the one to use for “drop an emoji and I'll send it over” posts, where you can't predict what people will type.
What is the follow-gate?+
An option that delivers your link only to people who follow you. Anyone who doesn't gets a polite message — in your own words — asking them to follow first, and the link the moment they do. It grows the account and converts the lead in the same conversation.
Can I write in Arabic?+
Yes — Arabic, English, or both in one message. Your text is sent exactly as you typed it.
Safety
Is it safe for my account?+
Yes. Speedy Text uses Meta's official Graph API and only does what you configure. We never ask for your password, and nothing about it resembles the unofficial automation that gets accounts restricted.
What happens if something fails?+
You're told — in the app and by email. If your Meta access lapses or a message doesn't go out, you'll see it rather than discover it weeks later, and you can resend a failed message yourself with one tap.
Can I delete my data?+
At any time. Disconnect an account and its data goes with it, or request full deletion and we remove everything we hold. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is stored and for how long.
Billing
Can I really try it for free?+
Yes. The Free plan automates real comments and DMs with no credit card. You upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
Yes. Cancel from inside the app in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Which currencies can I pay in?+
Egyptian pounds or US dollars — pick whichever suits you on the pricing page.
