ManyChat alternative
A ManyChat alternative that also sells
If you're here, you probably already know what comment-to-DM does. Someone types “GUIDE”, gets your link in a DM, and you never touched your phone. Speedy Text does that on Instagram and Facebook within seconds of the comment.
Why people look
Three reasons people start looking
The bill.
Since March 2026, new ManyChat accounts start with 25 active contacts on the free plan (third-party reports), and paid plans grow with your audience.
The AI said something you never wrote.
Your customers don't all speak one language,
or they want to order right there in the chat.

What you get
What you get with Speedy Text
Every channel in one inbox
Instagram, Facebook Pages and Messenger, your WhatsApp Business number, your Telegram bot and channel posts, TikTok comments, and your business email.
A keyword that isn't fussy
One rule answers the word, any emoji, or a bare full stop. Those are the three things people actually type under a post.
AI that answers only from your notes
If your notes don't cover a question, it hands the chat to you instead of guessing. A reply with a figure you never wrote gets thrown away.
Two languages, your own words
Arabic, English or Spanish — whichever your customer writes in. Every price and link stays exactly as you wrote it.
Sales and shipping in the chat
Connect Shopify for real stock and prices, a cart and a checkout link — or EasyOrders or Vondera, and the chat takes the order, cash on delivery. Book the shipment with your own courier and send the tracking number on WhatsApp.
Bookings
It offers three free slots from your Google Calendar and writes the appointment when the person taps one.
Test before anyone sees it
Type a comment like a customer would and see which rule fires, what it sends, and which rules nearly fired.
Who should switch, and who shouldn't
Switch
If you sell in DMs
Switch if you sell products or services in DMs, serve customers in more than one language, or you're on WhatsApp as much as Instagram.
Stay
If what you have works
Stay if you have a large, finished ManyChat setup that works and you only use simple comment-to-DM. Moving won't change much for you.
Moving over
Moving takes an afternoon, not a week
Import your tags, fields and contacts with your ManyChat API key, then rebuild each automation from a matching template, about a minute each.

Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Answer your first 25 people on your own posts with no card and no trial clock. Your first paid plan also comes with 14 extra days, once.
What happens when someone asks for a human?
On Pro and up, the automation stops, the chat lands in your inbox with everything said so far, and it stays quiet while you reply.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The app has an Arabic interface, and customers in Egypt can pay in Egyptian pounds by InstaPay, bank transfer or card.
How fast are replies?
Within a few seconds of the comment appearing.
Move over this afternoon.
Start free on one account, bring your ManyChat tags and contacts, and watch it answer real comments before you pay anything.
