Speedy Text was born from the fear of running out of time
Let me tell you the truth first: Speedy Text wasn't built to be a business that makes money and that's it. It was built because I was drowning.
A day has 24 hours, and I was trying to do everything in them. Answering comments and messages, following up on sales, calling the courier companies, running the business, and working as a media buyer. Over time there wasn't even time left to sleep. The work grew every day; the 24 hours stayed 24.
I tried plenty of tools. Each one fixed a small piece, none of them talked to each other, and I found myself managing tools instead of managing my work.
So I sat down and built what I needed: something that answers people in my own words, keeps track of who bought and whose order arrived, fills in the shipping details for me, suggests products to customers… and leaves me only the things that really need me.
The moment it started working, I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time: I had time. About 80% of the work that was eating my day was gone.
And that's when I understood I wasn't alone. Everyone who sells on social media lives this same pressure — the small shop owner, the coach, the media buyer like me. That's why I opened it to everyone.

About Us
We make software that answers your customers when you cannot — under a post, in the DMs, on WhatsApp — and, when you ask it to, carries the conversation through to a booked appointment. Everything below is what you would want to know before letting it near your accounts.
What we do
Someone comments your keyword under a post and gets a public reply and a private message with your link, within seconds, at any hour, without you touching your phone. The same rules answer direct messages — on Instagram, on Messenger, on your own WhatsApp business number and in your own Telegram bot — and they can hold the link back until somebody follows you, ask the questions you need answered, and hand the conversation to you the moment anybody asks for a person.
With the AI turned on it stops waiting for keywords. It reads the question and answers it from notes you wrote and nothing else, books an appointment in your own calendar when somebody asks for one, follows up on whoever went quiet, and tells you the questions your notes could not answer.
How we charge
Plans are metered by the people the app talked to in a month, each counted once however much they wrote, so you pay for people served rather than for seats or features. The free plan is twenty-five people to try it with — they do not renew, and no card is asked for to use them. Paid plans can be cancelled from inside the app at any time. How we handle your data
We use Meta's official APIs, and only for the accounts you connect yourself. We never post on your behalf and never sell data. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect an account or delete everything from Settings — the details are in our Privacy Policy.
What Meta has approved us for
Speedy Text passed Meta's App Review and is a published app, which is what allows it to read comments on accounts you connect and reply to them. That review is Meta checking what an app asks for against what it does. We use their official APIs and nothing else — no automation of the Instagram app, no logging in as you, no password of yours anywhere in this system. You approve the connection on Meta's own screen and you can revoke it from Meta at any time without telling us.
What we can and cannot see
We can see the comments and messages on the accounts you connect, because answering them is the job. We cannot see your password, your followers' private data, your other Instagram accounts, or anything on an account you have not connected. Access tokens are encrypted where they are stored. We do not sell data, we do not use your customers' messages to train anything, and we never post to your account — this product replies, it does not publish.
If you leave
Disconnect an account and its rules and history go with it. Delete your account from Settings and everything goes, on your own, without emailing anyone for permission. There is no notice period, no export fee and no retention of your data as leverage — if this stops being worth paying for, the exit should take a minute.
Who built it
Speedy Text was founded by Mario Tadrous, who designed and built the whole system — the automation engine, the integrations with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and TikTok, the dashboard you use and the billing behind it.
He also answers support. That is not a slogan about being customer-obsessed; it is a company small enough that the person who wrote the thing you are asking about is the person who reads the question, and it is why a reply usually arrives within 1 business day with an actual answer in it.
Who it is for
Anyone whose customers ask questions in public and expect an answer before they have finished scrolling — a shop, a creator, a coach, an agency running accounts for all three. It works in whatever language the business already writes in. A rule sends the words you wrote, exactly as you wrote them; nothing is translated or generated on the way out. The AI does write, but only from notes you wrote yourself, and a reply carrying a figure your notes never mention is thrown away before anybody sees it.
The free plan is a real trial rather than a trailer: twenty-five people on your own account, on your own posts, before any card is asked for.
How to judge whether we are still here next year
A fair question to ask a small company you are about to depend on, and the honest answer is that you should check rather than take our word for it. We answer support ourselves, within 1 business day, on a phone number that rings a person. Try that before you commit to anything: how a company answers when it does not have to is the most reliable thing you can learn about it in advance.
