Nothing is shipped

Speedy Text is software delivered over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier, no shipping address and no delivery fee. Nothing will ever be posted to you.

When your plan starts

Immediately. Your plan is activated the moment payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. You do not need to do anything to claim it: sign in and the new limits are already in place, shown on your dashboard.

Bank transfer and InstaPay

Card payments confirm automatically. A manual bank transfer or InstaPay payment has to be matched to your account by hand, so those are activated within 24 hours of the transfer arriving — usually much sooner. Include the reference code shown on the payment page so we can match it to you quickly.

Where the service is available

Anywhere. Speedy Text works wherever you can reach the internet and hold an Instagram business account or Facebook Page. Prices are shown in EGP for customers in Egypt and in USD elsewhere.

If your plan doesn't activate

Sign out and back in first — that refreshes your plan. If it still shows the old plan an hour after paying, contact us from the Contact page with the date and amount of the payment and we will sort it out. If we cannot activate what you paid for, you get a full refund under our Refund Policy.
