Data Deletion Instructions

Speedy Text stores the minimum data needed to send automated replies to comments and messages on a business's own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts (such as the sender username/ID and the message text received from Meta). You can request that we delete this data at any time.

If you interacted with a business that uses Speedy Text

Send an email to support@speedytext.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Instagram or Facebook username you used. We will permanently delete all data associated with your account from our database within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you are the business owner

Open the dashboard, go to Accounts, and disconnect the relevant account. Disconnecting deletes the account's stored data (tokens, rules, and event logs) and revokes the access token granted to the app.
