Billing, refunds and cancellations
You can cancel a plan yourself at any time from the Billing page in your account. For a refund, email us from the address on the account with the date of the charge — the rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Something not working?
Tell us the Instagram or Facebook account involved and roughly when it happened. That is usually enough for us to find it in the logs and tell you what went wrong.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings. If you would rather we did it, email us and we will confirm once it is done — see our Privacy Policy.
