Terms of Service

1. The service

Speedy Text is operated by CrevoX in Cairo, Egypt; in these terms “we” means CrevoX. The service automates replies to comments and direct messages on Instagram business accounts and Facebook Pages that you connect. You configure the trigger keywords and the messages; we deliver them on your behalf through Meta's official APIs.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details.

3. Connected accounts and authority

By connecting an Instagram account or Facebook Page you confirm that you are authorised to act for that account or Page. You may disconnect at any time from the Accounts page, which stops all automation for it.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards. You may not use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to harass or deceive, to distribute malware or illegal content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other customers' data. We may suspend an account that puts our Meta app or other customers at risk.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and include a number of active contacts each billing month. An active contact is a person the service sent at least one reply or message to during that month, counted once however many comments, posts or conversations are involved; people who wrote in and were never answered are not counted. If you pass your plan's active contacts while a card is saved for automatic renewal, new people continue to be answered and each additional active contact is charged to that card at your plan's published overage rate after the month closes. You can set a ceiling on overage, or switch it off, from your billing page at any time, and a month's overage is waived if you move to a higher plan before it closes. Without a saved card, or once your ceiling is reached, new people are not answered until you upgrade or the month resets. Plans from Pro include a number of team seats, the account owner included; seats you add beyond them, up to your plan's limit, are charged per seat for every billing month in which you hold them, to the card saved for automatic renewal after the month closes, and stop when that card is removed or cannot be charged. The AI add-on comes with open usage, subject to fair use: if an account's use in a month goes far beyond what a business normally needs, new questions are handed to the account owner for the rest of that month while rules keep answering. Prices are shown in EGP for customers in Egypt and USD elsewhere, and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout according to the country you are buying from. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Because the service is delivered immediately, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on Meta's APIs, and changes or outages on their side can interrupt automation outside our control.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and links you configure. You grant us the limited right to store and transmit them solely to operate the service for you.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or Meta's policies. On termination we delete or de-identify your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
