What each box on the canvas does, and when to use it.
Send Message
Texts, pictures, typing pauses and questions, sent one after another. Under a text, up to 3 buttons (10 on Telegram), each opening a link or another step; or quick replies — the round choices that vanish once tapped (Instagram and Messenger). Write {first_name} to use the person's name.
Question
A question inside a message waits for the answer and saves it under the name you give it (“Save the answer as”), so it shows on the contact and in later messages. Choose the answer type — text, email, phone, number, a choice or a date — and what to say when the answer isn't valid. “On reply” and “If no reply” each lead their own way; “Skip” lets the person move on without answering.
Actions
Things done quietly, in order: add or remove a tag, set or clear a field, send you a notification, hand the chat to a person, or pause automations for this person — for some minutes, or until you resume them.
Condition
Splits the path in two: “Match” and “Doesn't match”. Check a tag, a field, whether the person follows your account (Instagram), the time of day, or whether they're still within the 24-hour window — all of them, or any one.
Randomizer
Sends people down up to 6 paths by percentage, to test two messages against each other. By default each person keeps the path they got first; switch on “Random path every time” to draw again each time.
Smart Delay
Waits minutes, hours or days before the next step, and can wait for your opening hours (Cairo time). A wait doesn't reopen the 24-hour window on Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp, so keep follow-ups inside it there.
Start another flow
Hands the person to another flow — handy for a menu that several flows share. This flow ends there.
AI Step
The AI talks with the person towards the goal you write (“help them choose a size and take their address”), from your notes and your store only — it never invents a price. It leaves through “Goal reached” or “Handed to a person”, and after the number of replies you set, it hands over.
