Connect the courier you already have an account with; orders are booked on your account, at your rates.
Step 1
Press your courier's button
On the Store page, each courier has its own row: Aramex, Mylerz, ShipBlu, FedEx and DHL. Only the workspace's owner can connect one.
Step 2
Fill in your account details and the pickup address, and Save
The page says where your courier gives you each value. Start in Test mode where the courier has one. Tick “Ship orders with this courier” so the Ship button uses it. The details are checked with the courier before anything is saved.
Step 3
Ship an order
Open the order on your Orders page and press “Ship with” your courier. The tracking number appears on the order, the label is one click, and the customer is told in the chat.
Worth knowing
- FedEx and DHL don't collect cash on delivery, so they ship paid orders only.
- Mylerz has no test system: a shipment booked in test mode is real.
- Where the parcel is gets checked once a day and shown on the order.
