Your own Aramex account: orders booked at your rates, cash on delivery, in Egypt, the Gulf and abroad.
Step 1
Press “Connect Aramex”
It's on the Store page, in its own row. Only the workspace's owner can connect a courier.

Step 2
Get your API details from Aramex
Ask your Aramex account manager for API access. They send an account number, an account PIN and an account entity (like CAI) — one set for testing and one for live. Your username and password are the ones you sign in to aramex.com with.
Step 3
Fill them in and Save
Write your Aramex login email and password, the account number, PIN, entity and country code (EG for Egypt), and the domestic product code if Aramex gave you one. Then your pickup address. Start in Test mode, then switch to Live mode when a test parcel looks right. Tick “Ship orders with this courier” so the Ship button uses Aramex. The details are checked with Aramex before anything is saved.

Step 4
Ship an order
Open the order on your Orders page and press “Ship with Aramex”. The tracking number appears on the order, the label is one click away, and the customer is told in the chat.

Worth knowing
- Use the test set in Test mode and the live set in Live mode — Aramex keeps them apart.
- Where the parcel is gets checked once a day and shown on the order. The customer's shipped message never names the courier.
