Sales and best sellers, your products, what delivery costs, and connecting your stores and couriers — each one filmed.
Step 1
The store at a glance
“More” → “Store” shows products on sale, accounts selling, orders from the chat and sales for the last 7 or 30 days, the cart reminder (“Remind people who left their cart”) with the carts it brought back, and your best sellers. Below them: everything connected, and what you can connect.
Step 2
Your products
“Manual products” is for selling without a website: press + and give a product a name, a price, its choices (size, colour… separated by commas) and the accounts that sell it. The switch beside each product takes it off sale and puts it back.
Step 3
What delivery costs
“Shipping prices”: choose the currency and the delivery price, give any governorate its own price, and add the countries you deliver to — each with its price and, if you like, free delivery above an amount. Press “Save prices”.
Step 4
Shopify
Under “Connect”, choose Shopify, type your store's address and press “Connect”. The products and prices come over by themselves; then tick the accounts that should sell from it.
Step 5
EasyOrders
Choose EasyOrders, type your store's address and paste the API key (EasyOrders: Settings → Public API → Create new API key, with products:read). Press “Connect” and your catalogue comes over.
Step 6
Vondera
Choose Vondera and paste its API key (Vondera: Store options → Other settings → API key). Press “Connect”; the store's name and products come with it.
Step 7
Bosta
Open Bosta, choose test or live mode, paste your Bosta API key, pick your pickup location, and choose whether a confirmed order waits for your “Ship” or ships by itself. Press “Save”.
Step 8
Other couriers
Aramex, Mylerz, ShipBlu, FedEx and DHL Express connect with your own account the same way: your account details, test or live mode, the address parcels are collected from, and a switch to ship your orders with it.
Worth knowing
- The store comes with Speedy Text AI: the AI is what takes the order in the chat, from the prices you set here.
- Shopify's app install still runs from the website; from the phone you connect a store by its address.
- The films use a sample shop and made-up keys.
