How it works: your questions

Speed, emojis, the follow-gate and languages.

What happens when someone asks something my rules don't cover?

It stops and fetches you. The conversation is marked for a person and lands in your inbox with everything said so far attached, so you are not starting cold. It does not guess, and it does not keep offering menus to somebody who has asked a real question — that handover is the difference between an assistant and an answering machine.

How quickly does it reply?

Within a few seconds of the comment appearing. Meta notifies us the moment it is posted, and the reply and DM go out immediately.

Can it reply to any emoji instead of a word?

Yes. Set the rule to fire on any emoji and it will answer 🔥, ❤️, 1️⃣, a flag — anything with an emoji in it. That is the one to use for “drop an emoji and I'll send it over” posts, where you can't predict what people will type.

What is the follow-gate?

An option that delivers your link only to people who follow you. Anyone who doesn't gets a polite message — in your own words — asking them to follow first, and the link the moment they do. It grows the account and converts the lead in the same conversation.

What languages does it work in?

Any language you can type. Your messages go out exactly as you wrote them — nothing is translated, generated or corrected on the way. On top of that, Arabic and English get automatic switching: write a message in both and each customer is answered in the one they wrote to you in.
