Plans, renewals, extra contacts, trying it free and cancelling.
What happens when my plan runs out?
It stops answering and nothing else changes. You stay on the plan you chose — you are not moved down to Free — and your renewal date stays where it is. Every connected account stays connected, and every rule, conversation and past message is exactly where you left it. Comments and messages still arrive; nothing is sent back to them. Renew and it starts answering again straight away, with the same rules, no setting up.
What if I go past my contacts before the month is over?
It keeps answering. Each new person past your plan is billed at your plan's rate when the month closes — people already answered that month never cost more. You decide how far it goes, in Billing: no ceiling, up to a number you choose, or stop at the plan. Move up a plan before the month closes and that month's extra is dropped. We email you at eighty per cent and again at the limit, so it is never a surprise. Extra contacts are charged to the card saved for automatic renewal; without one, it stops at the limit until you upgrade or the month renews.
Can I stop it charging me for extra contacts?
Yes, in one click. In Billing, choose “Stop at my plan” and new people wait at the limit — nothing past it is ever charged. Or set a number and it stops there. Extra contacts are only ever charged to a card you chose to save for automatic renewal, and Billing shows the running total as the month goes.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Only if you turn that on. It is off unless you choose it, and it needs a card you chose to save when you paid — saving a card and agreeing to be charged for it are two separate decisions. You can switch it off from Billing or Settings in one click; we ask once to confirm and tell you the date it would stop answering, then it is done. Turning it off also deletes the saved card, so nothing past your plan can be charged either.
Can I really try it for free?
Yes, twice over. The Free plan answers your first 25 people for real, on your own posts and in your own inbox, with no card. And when you choose a plan, your first one runs 14 days longer: 44 days instead of 30 on monthly, 379 instead of 365 on yearly, on the same allowance. Both come once per person, recognised by your email and by the Facebook account you connect.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from inside the app in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars by card, anywhere in the world. Customers in Egypt are billed in Egyptian pounds and can also pay by local bank transfer — the pricing page shows whichever applies to you.
