Getting started: your questions

Skills, time to set up, platforms and accounts.

Can two people run the same Instagram account or Page?

Yes, and each keeps their own workspace. If you and a colleague both administer the same Page, you can each connect it, write your own rules and pay for your own plan — neither of you sees the other's rules, conversations or numbers. Worth knowing: if you both build rules on the same post, a comment gets an answer from each of you.

If I lose the email I signed up with, do I lose my account?

No. Your workspace is anchored to the Facebook account you granted permissions with, not to your email. Sign up again with a new address, connect the same Facebook account, and we recognise you and hand you back your original workspace — plan, rules, conversations and history. Your free trial follows you too, which is the same rule working in the other direction: it cannot be claimed twice by signing up again.

Do I need any coding or technical skills?

None at all. You connect your account, type a keyword and your reply, and you're live. If you can send a DM, you can use Speedy Text.

How fast can I get set up?

Most people are live in under two minutes: connect the account, create one rule, done. The longest part is deciding which keyword to use.

Which platforms does it work with?

Instagram business and creator accounts, Facebook Pages, and WhatsApp Business numbers — all connected through Meta's official API — and your own Telegram bot, connected with its token. Two things catch people out on Instagram: it has to be a business or creator account rather than a personal one, and it has to be linked to a Facebook Page you administer, because that is the only route Meta gives an app to reach it. Both are free and take a minute in the Instagram app.

Can I connect more than one account?

Yes. Connect several Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and WhatsApp numbers and manage all of them from one dashboard. How many depends on your plan.
